Wish me luck, I bought peaches (a couple of big bushels) and I’m going to try to can some and then make peach jam with the others. I found a recipe online that looks kind of easy. I hope it turns out.
Better you than me! I would love to try it though - the jam not the making of the jam. My cousin makes jam, muffins and pies with peaches. I should call her to see if she has any for me.
