|  Pheasant?
I saw the thread about cooking a duck and it reminded me that someone gave us a smoked pheasant the other day. We have never had it before but I have to say that it wasn't bad at all. Not sure that we could afford to eat it often though. And, it wasn't very big. Anyone else had this before? |
