| You have to make a soft sort of syrup that you pour over the popcorn. It has to be popped in a pan on the stove, not microwave popcorn. Make the popcorn first then put the candy in. Make the syrup and pour it over, stir up the popcorn a bit so the candy gets distributed and butter your hands. When it cools a bit but it still pliable, take a large handful of the popcorn and make a ball, laying them out on parchment paper or wax paper. When they dry, you can wrap them or leave them as is.
