Default Rice Krispie treats

We are making “Rice Krispie” treats tonight for a school party. I bought these cool plastic silicone trees and snowmen – so we are going to make the treats in these. Has anyone used these before? Do I need to spray them with something or will the treat come right out with no problems?

I would spray them with a non-stick spray. Just don't use too much spray or the treats will taste like the spray. I think I would use the plain one - not the butter.

The snowman one may be hard to get out if it's shaped like a traditional snowman. Other than that you shouldn't have a problem.Yes on the cooking spray too. That will be a good project for you and your child.

I have made the tree ones before and they were pretty hard to get out without some sort of spray. The marshmallows like to stick to the plastic or silicone. I do believe we ended up making Rice Krispie balls!
