I love fish, but I need more ideas for seasoning them. I usually use Paprika, salt and lemon. As much as I eat fish, I need some variation.

I love herbs for their aroma and flavor, so I usually enhance fish flavor by mixing two or more types of herbs with pepper and salt. For the herbs, I usually choose between thyme, oregano, or parsley.

Fish is insanely versatile. I like to make a marinade of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and salt and pepper. Balsamic glazed salmon is a favorite of mine. Last weekend we made a homemade, fish-oriented barbecue sauce for tuna - delish!

I used to use Italian dressing as seasoning. Made it very simple. Once in a while I'll do it on the grill with some store bought seasoning.

The wife has some great recipes though. I'll see if she will let me share.
