| Fish is insanely versatile. I like to make a marinade of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and salt and pepper. Balsamic glazed salmon is a favorite of mine. Last weekend we made a homemade, fish-oriented barbecue sauce for tuna - delish! |
