| You need to buy the freshest shrimp you can find. You also need skewers, if you don't already have them. A simple, quick marinade is olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt and pepper. Put all of that in a Ziploc bag and marinate the shrimp for an hour or two before grilling. |
