Default Stretching your grocery budget

I am running out of ideas on how to stretch our grocery budget. For the past 2 weeks we have only had about $50 to spend on groceries for three people. What are your grocery budget stretching ideas?

I know what you mean Friendlygal. Here lately I have been struggling to make many of our cheapest meals stretch even further. Grocery costs are getting out of hand. Thank goodness hunting season starts in a few weeks.

It can be hard to stretch groceries when you don't have much to stretch them with! I really hunt for sales and even the cheaper cut meats aren't bad fixed in a crock pot with lots of veggies, etc. You can usually get two days of meals or more. It gets hard trying to come up with ways so sometimes you just have to check everything out and compare.
