My daughter loves stuffed shells and that is what she picked for dinner tonight. We make ours homemade - I know a lot of people that buy them frozen.

I stuff half with ricotta cheese and the other half with a hamburg/sauce mixture.

What do you use for the stuffing and do you make them or buy them frozen?

Oh my goodness! We had some at a new restaurant that opened up and no one mentioned that they were spicy. We did not find out until about five of us all took a bite at the very same time.

Spicy stuffed shells? What was in them to make them spicy?

Our dinner was wonderful We usually have a ton of leftovers and last night we only had a small pan of leftovers. I did a good job if I say so myself!

I have never had spicy stuffed shells and to be honest I don't want to try them. We switch it up and sometimes stuff them with ricotta cheese and spinach and other times with hamburg/sauce and mushrooms. My family loves stuffed shells too.
