Sugar Alcohol
We too have been trying to cut down on sugar, carbs and processed foods. I notice that some sugar free products contain sugar alcohol? What is that?

Well for instance, Xylitol is a sugar alcohol. It is a processed form of sugar with a lower glycemic index and less calories-and it doesn't cause tooth decay.
