Default Vacation meals

My family and I are going on vacation soon. We are on a very (very) thin budget. We are staying at a hotel that we have stayed at before. It has a continental breakfast--but there really isn't much to it. We are going to go to the grocery store and pick up some breakfast stuff to put right in our room.

My question is: What are some easy possible dinner ideas that I could do in a hotel room?

I would love to have 1 or 2 dinners right in the room. The only thing I have to work with is our toaster oven that we will be bringing with us. Oh, and we will have our cooler and there is a fridge in the hotel. I would love to do something other than just sandwiches.

There isn't a grill or something like that outside? I know a lot of hotels have these now if you are in a vacation like area.
You can always make salads and keep in the fridge (potato, macaroni, etc.) Take some lunch meat too. How about home made pizza in the toaster oven? They would be great lunches.
Not sure what else you could do without a stove.

Yes, there is a grill. We will be grilling out one night. We don't want to drag a bunch of charcoal with us, so we are going to buy the bag kind that you can burn right in the bag. We decided to have steak that night. I am going to make a pasta salad at home and bring it with us. After that--we aren't really sure what we are doing.

How about buying a roast chicken already cooked from the shops? Have that with your salad. I make (buy) that as an easy meal at least once a week at home! Or how about spaghetti or bacon and egg on english muffins (just like the McDonalds ones, I make them for dinner!).
