I love to make different omelets. Today I made them with onions, mushrooms, chunks of potatoes and cheese. What are your favorite things to put in omelets?

I like ham, cheese, onions, tomatoes, peppers, jalapenos, all kinds of stuff really. I had never thought of putting potatoes in there before though.

Oh, boy. Just about anything is fair game to me when it comes to omelets. I made one last weekend that had onions, tomatoes, crabmeat, and muenster cheese - yummy!

Jalapeño peppers. I love them with eggs. But I'll put other things in there as mentioned. Sometimes I'll put salsa in there and goat cheese on top.

I love omelets and I haven't had one in so long. I don't like much cheese on them. I usually put salsa, peppers, onions, and sausage on mine. Sometimes bacon too!

No matter what else is in them, I like them best when my wife adds alfalfa, lentil or other sprouts to them. My favorite is lentil sprouts, sausage, onion and tomato with a little cheese sprinkled on top and melted.

I like to put mushrooms, onions, cheese, spinach and bacon bits. The more spinach the more I like it. I the ideas I am reading here. I think I will make omelets tomorrow!

MMM...spinach, I don't know why I never thought of putting spinach in an omelet before now, but I am definitely going to try it!
