I have no clue what we are doing for dinner tonight but it is my turn to cook and I am hunting around for some good new recipes. We are getting tired of the same old stuff. What is the most exotic but easy to make dish possible?

I like about anything. We had pinto beans with cornbread tonight. That's what I like when it gets cold like it is now. I also made blueberry muffins for dessert.

We had a nice pot roast with root vegetables. It was delicious. I've learned to put them in a cooking bag and then adding the seasoning before sealing the bag. It turns out so moist and good that way.

Last night we may have had the best Chicken Parmesan possible, it was mouth watering good. Tonight though I have no idea what we will get into, have a few errands to run so we might hit up a restaurant.

Exotic but easy? Sounds hard already! How about Chicken Cordon Blue? It's one of my favorite meals. It looks like it takes a lot of time but it doesn't.

We made a big, hot of chili tonight. It's sooo good and I put in plenty of chili powder so it would be good and hot! I love spicy food, don't you?

Try cooking, beans with potato adding green fresh vegetables and tomato, serve hot you will love it.

Mondays are the hardest day of the week, we end up always looking at each either other dumbfounded. I have a feeling that today will be the same, tons of food in the house but I guess we are just bad planners.
