Our grocery store had a great price on zucchini so I got some. I don't have any idea how you cook it though. What is the best way to cook zucchini?

We grill it and steam it. Grilling it seems to leave the most flavor- you cut it in long strips and then toss it in dressing or oil and grill it on the grill.

Mmmm. Zucchini bread, grilled zucchini, breaded and deep fried zucchini, just about anything. You can also use it instead of eggplant in a dish. So whatever you can use other squash for, you can use zucchini. I usually shred mine up in the food processor and then freeze it in recipe sized portions. I usually make bread out of the shreds during the winter though.

Our neighbors gave us tons of zucchini. With food prices going up, we are freezing or canning everything we can get our hands on. I use zucchini in a lot of dishes.
