There is no sewing unless you want them bigger than the bolt of fabric. I made quite a few of these. I have one too and I love it. Most times we pick a pattern fleece for 1 side and a plain fleece for the other. Makes it look nice. The plain fleece is cheaper most times.
Be sure to wash the fleece prior to making the blanket.

Does anybody know if you can use fabric paint on fleece materials? I would like to write on the blanket I am making, but am not sure how to do it.
