Default Crochet

I was at the dentist today and a lady with her husband were also there, in the waiting room you look around because your bored to see what others are doing. This lady within the time it took to be seen (no appointment for either of us) had already made a full sleeve of a sweater. I thought crochet work took longer than this?

Nope. Not if you get good at it. It really is quicker than knitting, according to which stitch you use. I do both and I use each form of needlework for different purposes. I do love knitted sweaters for winter because they tend to be warmer but if you are going to wear one over a long sleeved top, crocheted is just as good.
