Default Do you quilt?

I want to make a quilt our of my kids baby clothes. I would have to take a class though because I haven't tried anything like that before.

Do you quilt? Is it easy to learn? Thanks for any tips or advice

I have a few family members who quilt and they make it seem super easy. I'm not sure I have the patience for that kind of thing However, I would love to get into it.

I sew things for my house, but I have never tried quilting. It seems pretty complex. Perhaps when I get all my other sewing projects done I will give it a try. (That could be awhile!)

There are a lot of tricks and tips that make it a bit easier than it seems. I would join a local quilting group if I were you and they could help you. Some community colleges or homemaker extension services will give classes too. Good luck and happy quilting!

I would love to learn how to quilt, especially one for baby clothes! I just don't have the patience for sewing or fussing with my sewing machine. The best way to go about learning is definitely through a class. My aunt went through one and now she makes the most beautiful blankets.
