I have three cats and they go through a lot of toys. The youngest will usually destroy anything I get them in 1 to 2 weeks time if not the same day. So I'm asking if anyone has any ideas for homemade toys for the little critters?

My cats just love wadded up newspaper. They'll chase those until they destroy them. The great thing is though, we get newspapers every day so it's something we have plenty of.

My dog loves cat toys since she is a small bred. One of her favorites was a little bunny that crinkled when she chewed of it. It was from the cat isle of our local pet store! You could easily make it by taking a chip bag and sewing it into a piece of fabric. Maybe you could even put some catnip in it?
