What is the best way to find out what a school age child will need to know before their first year at school? We are trying to brush up to make sure our youngest will be able to breeze through the year without any hassle.
It depends on what state you live in. You can go to your school and find out what their kindergarten state test is. Then you can look up past years tests and use that as a guide on what to teach.
I am sure you could go to one of the educational websites and find all kind of craft ideas. Then you could work through them one by one until she was past the Kindergarten stuff.
