Does anyone remember when they used to fold the Reader's Digest and paint them, then add felt accents and those plastic doll heads to make angels, Santas and Mrs. Clauses? My cousin and I started to remember some of the things that Mom and my aunt used to make and they used to make these for presents for people. I wish I still had mine but if I recall correctly, mice ate mine the year after I put them in the attic with the other Christmas decorations.

Nope, I don't remember ever seeing them. I made snowmen and Santa with my gram as a kid. We used foam balls and felt. I've never seen a Santa made out of a book.

I remember those. Never made them myself but I do recall seeing them around Christmas time. It's nice to remember things like that from our past and good that we have nice memories.

I remember those!! We had some that someone made us for Christmas a long time ago. I don't know what's happened to them now though.

I remember the bubble lights and they are sort of coming back again. I remember those from when I was a tiny kid. They fascinated me. I have a bubble light night light now and I always put it somewhere for Christmas. Nice memories.

I remember those, too! My aunt used to make them and put them out for Christmas. I didn't appreciate them like I do now. I used to think they were tacky.
