Does anyone have any ideas for making things to give for Valentine's Day? I would like to make something for my husband as well as my 3 daughters but I just don't have any ideas this year.

We always made homemade crafty cards for Valentines day. All you need i construction paper, gliiter, glue and some doilies.
As far as you making something for your hubby? I'm not sure.

How old are your daughters and what hobbies does your hubby have? We might be able to come up with better ideas that way. I love the homemade cards too!

For me, cards are overused. I like the idea of giving your husband a thing that he can use with his hobby. This goes as well with your daughter but since she is just 3 years old then maybe you can give her a toy.

That's one thing we are going to try ... if we do give each other or our young daughter a Valentine's gift it will not be candy!

How about a special dinner and games afterward. It's something you would be doing anyway and the games can just be board games or games your family enjoy.

I am not too big on this holiday but still we get each other a little something and I think it is one holiday where I might sneak some candy but otherwise my sweet tooth gets too bad so I just avoid it. I have no idea what to do for this year, and I am running out of ideas.
