I visited a friend's house and one of her walls is made up entirely of an awesome aquarium with a variety of fishes in all colors and sizes.

I have seen homes like that on that show Cribs. I wonder how much food it takes to feed all of those fish and how long it takes to clean the aquarium.

My aunt has one of those. I don't know how expensive it was but I would love to have one when I get a house. My dad always had one or two aquariums and I used to love sitting and watching them.

We've just had a couple of 75 gallon fresh water tanks and that was plenty of work for care and maintenance. To get the really bright colored fish, it's probably a salt water tank. That's even more time and effort for care and maintenance.

We had a 50 gallon tank and it was quite a bit of work. I finally gave up and sold it after my last fish died of old age. It was also quite heavy and actually bowed one of the floor joist in our house.
