Default Big, Blank, Outdoor Walls

Our pergola and the sitting area is coming along nicely. The only problem I am having, though, is figuring out what to do with this big, blank wall which is the back of the garage.

I don't really want plants along the wall because the paver stones and pergola are right against it. I'd hate removing stones to plant, right there.

Are there any good places to get ideas for paint treatments or decor that can be hung on a cement block wall?

How about checking out local art shows for artists who would be willing to do some custom work for you? There are so many different mediums of art and you may be able to get some good ideas using everything from paint to carved wood to sculpted iron.

A nice mural would look lovely and could be made to look like a country garden. If you aren't able to paint it yourself, you could probably get a local art class at the high school to do it as part of a class project.
