I have a friend who decorates her house for every season. So four times a year, she takes everything down and hangs new pictures and decorations for the whole house. It's pretty and all, but geez, I think it's a bit excessive.
I don't know how extravagant your friends decor is, but I change out my decor for the seasons. I change the picture over my fireplace, some of my accessories and the pillows on my couch. It takes me about 15 minutes to put one season away in a tote and put the other season out. If it took any longer than that I wouldn't do it.
Yes I guess it would really depend on how much you really change everything up. Sounds like you have it down to a science Homebase. I don't do all the seasons myself but will add a few things here and there for change and to 'perk' things up a bit.
That's not really something I do a whole lot of. I do put out some Fall decorations and of course Christmas but for the rest of the year? Not to much. I will go and change the furniture around some though just to change things up a bit if that counts?
