I don't know what to do with the living room. Right now it is kind of stuffy and I would like to modernize it and freshen it up. It has beautiful bay windows but no other windows. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Definitely add a nice window treatment to the bay window. What is the overall style of the rest of your home? I would mimic those elements when decorating the living room.

If those bay windows are the only ones there, I would not put curtains on it. I'd rather have it bare so that light can come in. Just put some plants beneath the windows.
