I am ashamed to say that with Christmas just a few days away I honestly didn't get all of our decorations up this year. It seemed like time just flew by! Did you finish your decorating?
I usually will have everything out by about the 2nd of December. But this year I didn`t even want a tree up. My husband insisted on the tree. We are so broke I just didn`t have the spirit in me to put all my stuff out. Just the tree.
I didn't get mine all up either. I actually sorted through them and donated a bunch at work. I didn't even get my Christmas cards out! I was so bad this year. Time is just flying by!
Other than a small tree we did not do much this year, we were not even sure we would be at this place this year so that played into some of it. Next year will be better (since we have decided to not move for the next few years).
I finally got everything done except for baking some zucchini bread last night. The last few months have flown by it seems. I hope everyone's Christmas is Merry and everyone has Happy Holidays!
We managed to get our tree up and our lights out on the porch. Other than that we didn't get to do all of the fudge and cookies and baked goods that we usually make for everyone. We just did the gifts we had to do this year and let the rest go. I think with the economy the way it is, everyone has been so downhearted or so broke they couldn't do anything this year.
