My husband's aunt gave us several hanging plants that are all rooted and need to be broken up into several more pots. It looks like I could end up with eight or ten pots of hanging plants. Does it seem crazy to have that many hanging plants throughout the house?

It's up to you... I don't have any indoor plants. I can't keep them alive. You could always separate them and then give some away if you don't want that many in your home.

I agree I would separate them and then give some to other people. I don't mind houseplants but I would not want more than 1 of the same plant in my house.

I guess it would depend on the size of the house. But I say as long as you are comfortable with that many then go for it.
