Lightbulb Mirrors

Would it be okay to install a whole wall mirrors in the living room, like they do in some hotel lobbies? Wouldn't it be offensive with visitors?

I had a wall of mirrors in a house I lived in several years ago. We added it after we moved in because the living room was painfully small and we wanted something to make it look bigger. It worked great. I don't think it ever offended anyone. In fact, people used to comment on how it really helped to open the room up.

It sounds like a great feature to me. It always makes the space look much bigger and you can buy mirror tiles especially for this purpose. I once had a bathroom wall completely covered in mirrors but that was when I was young and fit!

Mirrors on the walls are always a wonderful addition to our house’s decoration. Many people have started installing mirrors onto their entire walls and turning one side of the room into one, great whole wall mirror.

I think it is great for aesthetic purposes. However, it would give me the creeps when I come in at night with the lights out...what would I see reflected in the mirror aside from myself?
