Default Painting Murals

Has anyone ever tried this in their home. I was watching a video by Donna Dewberry who does the one stroke painting and she did a lot of faux painting on her walls and on other's walls. It was beautiful. I saw a couple of planters she painted on each side of a door with beautiful painted shrubbery in it. It was gorgeous! I want to learn how to do this!

The only thing I ever painted on the walls was a mural of SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidwards houses on my sons bedroom wall. He was four at the time and loves SpongeBob.

They can be really pretty if you do it right. I think I saw that shoe with Donna Dewberry too. I love the one stroke painting method and I did a swag of flowers over my doorway with a trellis coming down either side. It wasn't perfect but it was the first one I ever did.

I wish I could. I always wanted to paint stuff growing up but I have zero talent when it comes to stuff like that. I would love to do some kind of fairy theme in my girls' room.
