Do any of you like to decorate your home with lots of these at this time of year? I have started seeing tons of these plants in a lot of the stores now in both the red and white. I usually get a few but don't go overboard with them.

I can never keep them alive. I have gotten them many, many times and finally just realized I don't have what it takes to keep them alive. So I just go with a Christmas cactus or something like that.

I know what you mean about seeing them in all the stores! They are everywhere. I like to get a few and put around the house. I'm not much for growing them and don't spend a lot on one when I get it. They do look nice around the house though.

I picked up two when they went on sale for $0.99. I have them on my front porch as they can be dangerous for dogs.

Mine are hanging up in the dinning room to keep away from both the crazy cat and the dopey dog, you would be surprised how they can team up to be destructive.

Watch out for your kids too! I am not sure if it is all varieties, but some varieties are toxic for pets and kids. They are pretty, but we don't have them in the house.

I'm going to get several the next time I go to the store. I love the varigated colored ones! They are so beautiful. I'm not too fond of the glitter that a lot of companies sprinkle on them though. I have enough of a mess in my house without having to worry about more glitter to have to vacuum up.

Right now we only have one but we are thinking about getting another one to keep the first happy. We do not want our plants and flowers getting lonely do we?

I picked up several in both white and red. I love having them all over the house but do keep them on the shelves away from the kids and pets. I usually get them somewhere cheap so that I don't feel as bad if/when they start to die.

I love them but I don't do well with them either. Every time I get one, I think I love them too much-read overwater them, and they die on me. I love to see them though. I've been thinking of getting a couple of good, artificial ones though.
