Default Wagon wheels

I’m so excited – we were out taking a Sunday drive yesterday (looking at people’s decorations) and we came across 2 old wagon wheels. They were out front of this old house with a free sign on them. I have always wanted old wagon wheels – I’m going to stain them and put them in front of our cabin for a decoration. I want them to look old but I don’t want the wood to rot. How exciting! I’ve seen these all over and people usually wanted $30 - $50 a wheel!

Sounds like you made out pretty good. I've seen these out and around homes being used for decorations and they look nice. I'm sure when you stain them it will help to seal them and they should keep for a long time.

Oh, I wish I found those. I like the ones that are red - stain it red. Are you going to plant flowers around them? I've seen some cool ones with flowers on both sides of the wheels and it looked pretty cool.
