Default When a vision goes wrong

Have you ever envisioned a room a certain way - paint, flooring, furniture fabric - and then put it all together only to discover you don't like it? What do you do in a situation like this?

I usually just have to live with it since I can't afford to redo everything. I'm sorry you don't like your decorating but if you are like I am, you may have to deal.

Technology is a wonderful thing. There are many different programs out there where you can see how a vision will pull together. If I can remember the name of the one I used for my parlor I will let you know.

Most of the time this happens to me it's because of a color clash. I envision the wrong color combination and it all goes wrong from there. I usually keep it until I can afford to change it.

Yes and for me most times it has to deal with the random "accent color" that messes me up. It could look amazing in a book but it never looks the way I want it to when we are done, thats why now we leave it to the pro's.

Sometimes, what you have in mind really becomes different from the actual execution...But I have to agree with Willow, there are programs that allow you to create a visual presentation of your design ideas and color schemes before deciding to apply them to your house.
