Default Wipe off paint?

Has anyone heard of the new kind of paint that's coming out that can be used as a wipe-off board? You can have the kids go in, color on the walls, and then just wipe it off. I've heard it's expensive because it's new but I'm not sure it's a good idea overall.

I've seen it used on the bottom half of one wall so the kids can reach it. It seemed to work well and the kids absolutely had a blast with it. It's easily washed up and saves a lot of problems with crayons if you remember to keep plenty of chalk available for them.
