How depressing to think that just when the weather gets nice enough to get out and about, that the price of gas would go through the roof. I hope they're wrong.

I've heard what the economists are saying and I am inclined to believe it with the way things are going. As if we don't have enough problems with the economy, $5 a gallon could really cripple us.

I would not be suprised to see $5 a gallon at the pump at all. I don't know how we will deal with it if it happens though. I want to know why my electric bill is so high when we are using less electrcity than this time last year!

I don’t know how people will afford to work soon. We live in a very rural area. It is 30 to 60 miles to most jobs. I can’t imagine. I’m glad that I work from home and my husband only drives into work usually once per week. That would be a huge cut in pay otherwise.
