Default Another political budget battle??

Looks like another Congressiopnal budget battle ahead as FEMA requests additional funding. FEMA is pretty much broke, and so far it has been quite the year for disasters. Personally, I don't think any politician that votes against funding FEMA deserves to be re-elected. FEMA really came to the rescue down here after the spring tornadoes.

Honestly, I'm ready to throw the whole bunch of bums out of office no matter what. I know they didn't cause the economy problems single handedly but they have done next to nothing to try to fix the problems. It's really starting to tick me off when they hem and haw and wind up doing nothing to help. I totally agree with Warren Buffet who said we needed to be taxing the rich as well as the poor. He even offered to pay taxes, which I thought was wonderful of him. He said that the special interests groups and others that had talked our government into not taxing the rich have ruined the economy and I really agree with him. I think that the members of Congress should have to abide by the laws that everyone else does. I think they should have Social.Security as their retirement and Medicare as their insurance when they get older. Do that and they will darned well work out the problems in two or three days.
