Default The bad thing

What is the one bad thing you can never not seem to splurge a little on? For me its a great Chinese restaurant and while we only treat ourselves for a rare and special reason, its quite pricy. What happened to good food and good prices?

Mine is a local Mexican restaurant. We don't go very often anymore because the prices keep going up. Mexican is the one thing I haven't been able to figure out how to make at home yet.

Mine is not food related, its pampering related. I want to go for a massage. I love back rubs that I get at home, but I want a full body massage. They are so expensive. Every time I go to splurge something else comes up that my daughter needs or something.

I am a sucker for tech stuff. If I find something at a good price, I find it very hard to resist. There is an external hard drive at a local store that is on sale for $50 and I want it so bad but so far, I've been able to resist it!

Mine is food related too! Sushi is my weak point; there's an absolutely amazing local sushi bar that even makes it's own special sauce to dip the sushi into, but it is so expensive, even if we just order to go! I try to keep trips there down to once every month or two.

My splurge is that I buy magazines. Even when I may not get to them for awhile, I know I just have to have them. I could spend hours at a magazine rack at a bookstore and be happy with my day. I guess it goes back to my love of reading.

Mexican gets me too there is an amazing place near our home and I could almost live there when I was pregnant. I try to get things to pamper myself with but my crazy work right now I need a good day off to just do nothing at all but the spa.

For me, it's clothes. I love to shop for new clothes. I love to be in style and buy the latest and greatest clothing. I'm trying hard to not spend a lot of extra money right now. I want to save it for a rainy day, or in case I need it later. You just never know with this economy.

I do not splurge on myself all that often. I have made my family quit eating out as much (use to be 2 to 3 times a week). I guess I would have to say buying clothes. I need new clothes really bad but tend to resist buying them--I buy for my kids instead..lol Does that count?

Fancy underwear from Victoria's Secret! I love the stuff there but I won't splurge on it unless I am really flush with money. Then I buy up a lot of the bras and panties at once. I am such a sucker for their products!
