Default Clothes and Books on eBay?

Do you buy clothes or books on eBay? I find it more convenient to buy a book on eBay that has already been used for half the price of a new one. I don't buy used clothes myself but have a friend who does.

I have gotten gently worn baby clothes before. I buy cd's, books, and dvd's off of half.com all the time. I would much rather get something that has been watched or read a few times than pay the full price for these items.

I have a couple of books that I got on eBay. Some of them are used books. I haven't tried buying clothes though. I prefer to buy clothes in stores to make sure they fit me perfectly.

I have gotten both from eBay. Mostly books though as sometimes it's hard to get clothes that you know will fit. I've managed to get some nice shirts for hubby that were real cheap. Those aren't to hard to fit.

I used to, but I have found that the authorized sellers on Amazon are actually cheaper than eBay for books, DVDs, and CDs. That's my to-go place for my second hand stuff.

I buy most of my hard copy books from Half.com which is a subsidiary of Ebay. I don't buy clothes most of the time because they never end up fitting right.

It depends on what the clothing is. I only buy clothes if they are New with tags. I do buy books on e-bay. I can't see paying full price for something that I will read once and then pass on.

I don't mind getting used stuff as long as they are functional. I don't mind the wear and tear a bit. But I know people who like their stuff completely new.

Exactly! I don't want to spend money on a book and then pass it on. I mean, I would pass it on but I just don't need to pay a full price for it.

I buy anything and everything on Ebay. A friend once asked me to buy a bundle of clothing for her 2 year old because, as children grow so quickly, these clothes have hardly any wear and tear!
