Default Cost Of Personal Health Insurce On Taxes?

I was wondering if you can take the cost of your health insurance premium off of your taxes. I usually get someone to do my taxes but I'd like to know what receipts I need to take with me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you file long form you can. Gather up all of your medical receipts (not insurance premiums though) and take them with you when you go to your appointment.
