How do you plan to have a frugal Christmas this year? Are you shopping only at certain stores? Have you found any great deals for December?

I am searching for coupons and looking for the best sales. Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to really start shopping until 2 weeks before Christmas because of tight finances.
