I turned in receipts to my FSA plan for $260 and the check I received was $184. They are making me send in more information for my dental claim. I sent in my receipt and the paperwork from my insurance company! I don't know what else they need me to send. I just want my money!

Is there a phone number to call the company? Is it EBS like it is for me here? They sent me 2 checks the last time I filed the paperwork. I don't think it was a dental thing though. I would call them and ask them what else they need.

That stinks.... You would think that if you sent the receipt they would send you the cash. Did you find a phone number to call? I would resubmit it again and see if it goes through.
