homemaker Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Posts: 319	Interest rates We have to refinance our home loan next July and I am horrified that the interest rates are about to skyrocket because of the whole debt ceiling debacle and just a generally bad economy. Are there penalties if we try to refinance sooner?
