I have recently heard about this concept. Have you thought about web sites as some sort of a real estate? Apparently people are building web sites and selling them for a good price. Of course first you must know how to build one and then to be marketing wizard to figure out what will make money.

Well, I'd be lost on this one. I would have no idea how to build a website. I can see how someone would be able to make money doing this but it would take a lot of marketing skills in order to sell it.

I just read about one website that was making around 2000$ per month how the owner sold him for 48000$. Can you imagine that. Those sites truly are a real estate.

You're right on that one Kitchen King. Internet real estate is gaining these days. There are a lot of people who don't know anything about making websites who will pay big bucks for one that is already making money and up and running. If you can do this type of work-what a money maker.

Yes, but making websites is hard, but not as hard as marketing them or creating some business that will make you that amount of money.
