We need to do one to get rid of a surprise debt that we had no idea about until this week. The last we knew from the lawyer of ours and the other place was that they gave up and closed it. They fibbed and did not, so now we are doing a crazy loan with 35% interest, its horrible. Without a "pay early" fee we are good and can pay it back in about 3 months but that rate is horrid.

Loans can really stink. I am not a fan of them but sometimes you just do what you have to do I guess. At least after 3 months it will be over and done with though.

Many of those get a quick loan places charge you more than an arm and a leg. I could not imagine paying that much then again if it really was an emergency I might have to so I do feel for ya.
