Is Time Warner Cable Worth It?

I have Time Warner Cable, but I am thinking about switching to broad band, which is much cheaper. Is broad band much slower than Time Warner Cable? Is the speed and service of Time Warner Cable worth it when you compare it to broad band?

I have Time Warner Cable too and I'm sick and tired of the bills! I'm paying a small fortune for my Digital cable and internet. I don't have the digital phone through them right now.

It's all I have ever used so I don't know how it compares to others.

I really do not like them personally but I had bad issues with the company when I lived out in Phoenix a few years back. Their customer service was nothing to speak highly about either.

You're right Time Warner's customer service sucks. For the price you pay for the service you should get ten times the service. Verizon, for example is expensive, but their customer service center is HUGE, where Time Warner's is crap. The digital phone part of my package has NEVER worked right in two years. It takes forever to get them out, they say they fixed it and then it doesn't work and you start all over again. I think I am going to get ride of them.
