I am so mad at myself! I got some UP rewards (spend like cash at the drug store) and they expired yesterday! I was going to use them on a Christmas gift. I'm going to go in and see if they will renew them. I know CVS does this.
That stinks... I know CVS does reset them too but I'm not sure about your drug store. Which store is it?
I would go in and see... I hope it was not a lot of money in case they don't reset them.
UP rewards sound like Rite Aid, I've never actually let mine expire. I would call them and see. I doubt they will reset them but it's worth a shot. Man - you have to pay better attention to these things .
