Anyone else here a fan of the yard sale? Having them or shopping at them? I didn't used to be big on yard sales but I have discovered it is a great way to save money on kids clothes and toys.We recently moved into a new home and the attic is full of stuff so I am thinking of having one to make a few extra bucks.

I love yard sales! And soon it will be yard sale season for me . It's too hot where I live to go to them in the summer so my husband and I make it a fall weekend tradition. It is definitely a great way to save money and a lot of times we are able to find practically new things that people never used.

I too love yard sales. I`d like to have a few but when ever I have done them in the past I hardly make any money. And I end up with a lot of left over stuff I have to cart to Goodwill. I think I`ll stick to just going to them.

Not only do I love going to yard sales but I like having them as well! I have found some interesting items such as candle holders that I love as well as books real cheap! When my house gets too cluttered it's time to have one!

Oh gosh! I love yard sales. I find so many things I've wanted and have never gotten because they were too expensive. All of those "as seen on TV" things that I've wanted to try and didn't are found at yard sales because people got them and then didn't want them. I've found a lot of furniture at yard sales too that have been perfectly fine but people just got tired of it. Yup, one yard sale freak here! LOL

I love yard sales! We have a yard sale each year and we make some nice spending money. The money we make usually goes towards the family vacation we take.
I also love to go to yard sales. You just never know what you will find there. I buy a lot of books at yard sales. I also look for antiques.
