I have heard and read many tips and guides to living greener at home, but what about in office? What things can we do as individuals to help the environment more?

I always bring my eco-friendly cup at work, so when I buy coffee at the cafeteria, I use it instead of the paper or foam cups...We also try to use less paper. Our director sends us email for memos and other announcements.

We try to use less paper also. Actually in office you can do what you have been doing at home, like turning off the light before leaving the room, using as less water as you can, etc.

Thanks for sharing the experience and advice. I love the idea of bringing your own cup for coffee at work. It's doable and wouldn't cause you so much hassle either.
