Default Organic Pest Control

I read if people make rhubarb pie, save the leaves. It makes a decent pest control solution. Cut up the leaves and boil them for an hour. Cool and strain the liquid and add it to spray bottle. Then spray it on your plants for a natural pest control. Never use this spray on herbs, fruits, or vegetables because rhubarb leaves are poisonous to humans too. It is suppose to kill a variety of pests.

That would be a good idea if I baked rhubarb pie, but I have never in my life. I do not even know what it tastes like. I guess it is a good tip if you bake rhubarb pie and have a pest problem at the same time.

I was starting to get excited about this solution until I read that it can't be used on fruits, vegetables, or herbs. Those are the plants that need pest control help around here.
