Recently, we've been mixing a little Oxy Clean Green and water in a spray bottle. We have a light colored rug, and we use it for spots. It was astonishing how well it worked! We can not see any spots at all. We are going to mix some up for the carpet shampooer next time.

Years ago, I tried putting Oxy Clean in the washing machine, but it didn't work magic like it was supposed to. I eventually gave up on it and since then I've had the belief that Oxy Clean doesn't work. Maybe I'll give Oxy Clean Green a try and see if it's any better.
