I have heard that if you plant marigold around your deck, it will deter mosquitoes to a certain extent. Are there other plants I can plant to help keep mosquitoes away from us when we are on the deck?
My family should be fine then. We have marigolds planted all over the place. We love marigolds and have some that self seed every year with a mulch cover.
Thanks Jason! That's a good list and I'm going to the greenhouse to pick up some of the plants on the list. I have a few spots around the patio I can plant more things so off I go!
Good idea! I love marigolds and lemon balm. The rest sound lovely too. I may have to make a trip to the greenhouse this evening. Maybe some lavender, marigolds and mints. Sounds like heaven for a nose. LOL
