I just found out the local heating assistance will help my husband and I to winterize the mobile home we live in. They will even get a good fitting door so the door will seal. I can't wait! I do hope things get done before we get into the freezing rain and snow!

That is awesome! I wonder if they have anything like that around here. We could definitely use a new door for heating purposes, but it just isn't in the budget right now.

We ended up replacing all doors in our house last year for this very reason plus a window that was older than we think the house was. You would be amazed at the difference it will make too!
